Make an album cover that honors the personal story (photo of artist + father) with a retro ’90s feel but a modern, pop colorway that reflects the artist’s present energy.

I started by exploring visual references from old film photographs, record sleeves, and nostalgic typography. The goal was to build a visual bridge between past and present — a feeling of timelessness.

The final cover composition placed the personal photograph at its heart, surrounded by a soft color palette, balancing sentimentality with energy. I used grain textures and subtle imperfections reminiscent of analog prints to strengthen the vintage feel.

To ensure continuity, I created several adaptations for streaming platforms and promotional visuals, including vinyl mockups and social banners. Each maintained the emotional core of the design while adapting to different media.
